Meet The Team

We bring a wealth of experience working in and for large organisations across industries and geographies.

I started my career over 20 years ago in financial services. One thing that quickly became apparent was the impact that leadership had in the performance of individuals, teams and organisations.

As a qualified executive coach and experienced facilitator for the last decade I have been working with leaders to help them build more effective teams and improve performance across their organisations.

I've been fortunate enough to work around the world with leaders and their teams from clients including Accenture, Salesforce, Google, Microsoft, HSBC, Barclays, Novartis, Janssen, DLA Piper, SKY and many others.

I help leaders lead from any chair. It could be addressing material business issues, such as complex and multifaceted problems, key operational challenges, or personal transitions. I have a corporate, consulting and research background, giving me an in-depth understanding of the pressures and challenges facing leaders in organisations and the knowledge and skills to help tackle them.

I have worked with global clients in FMCG, IT, finance, property services and the public sector. Clients include Boots, L'Oreal, Redevco, T-Systems, Pfizer, the NHS and the FCO.

I am an EMCC accredited coach to Master Practitioner level and a PhD researcher, exploring group coaching for leaders stepping up into senior positions.

I’ve always been intrigued by what makes people tick, what motivates them, what drives them, what helps them achieve their goals and, of course, what gets in the way. Not only individuals but organisations too. How do organisations bring people together to achieve a common goal, to be innovative and challenging, to be future focused and ready for change?

With 18 years experience designing and delivering leadership and management development initiatives I continue to explore and learn how people, organisations and culture can combine successfully and flexibly in today’s ever changing world.

Liz’s talent lies in unlocking senior executive leadership potential. She is a fully qualified leadership coach with twenty years of experience as an executive coach and facilitator.

In addition to working with leaders from large corporates, Liz also works with entrepreneurs in start-up settings, mentoring and coaching the founders in both the commercial and leadership aspects of their roles. In each of these settings, she uses her ability to build trust and strong connections with her clients in order to create the conditions in which the real work can take place. This work drives deep self-awareness that fundamentally shifts behaviour and resulting performance, enabling individuals to fulfil their potential, teams to deliver high performance and organisations to meet their commercial targets.

Liz is a Psychology graduate with a background in Commercial and HR management at Marks & Spencer and Accenture. She started her own leadership coaching business in 2000, moving to Australia where she gained valuable global experience working across the Asia Pacific region.

Noj has extensive global, corporate experience working with leaders at all levels across 5 continents. His commercial experience began with PepsiCo, Frito Lay and Tropicana, where he spent a decade leading clients and teams to commercial success across the UK & APAC.

Since then he has spent over a decade enabling clients to do the same, usually at director level and above. A relentless focus on practical application has led to Noj capturing hundreds of real-world success stories totalling over £20 million of organisational benefit across the clients he serves.

Noj is a versatile leadership expert who is equally effective coaching 1-to-1, leading large conferences or facilitating leadership-training workshops. His brand is challenging and pragmatic, his style is engaging. With extensive knowledge of Leadership models and tools, he shares frameworks that enable people to make accurate situational assessment and increase their impact. The result is an increase in personal effectiveness, enabling people at all levels of the organisation to deliver to their true potential and deliver better results.

A facilitator, coach, trainer and consultant, working to guide individuals and teams through solving complex problems, learning new ways of workings, or making waves that elicit positive change. This maybe be through solving a complex business challenge, learning and developing new skills and capabilities or through developing thriving multi disciplinary teams.  

I am apply my passion and skills to elicit positive change that impacts individuals and organisations. I enjoy coaching, teaching and developing people. I have worked on projects locally, internationally and online across multiple industries, cultures and organisations.

Through this work I have worked with some inspiring and diverse people. I enjoy drawing out human natures passion for creativity, connection and progress. I apply a human-centered approach coupled with positive psychology to my leadership and team collaborations, ensuring integrity and creativity is at the heart of my approach.
